Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):

• Free standard shipping for orders above RM200
• RM8 flat shipping fee for orders below RM200
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ceris Professional experience. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.

However, we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns & Replacements are accepted if:

• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The product is unused and in its original packaging

Return Window:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement.
